Welcome Back


This year students will be participating in life long activities as well as team sports such as soccer, lacrosse, basketball, football, handball, tchoukball, baseball, floor hockey, volleyball, speedball, and pickle ball. The class will also incorporate team building activities and problem solving material.  The focus of the class is to have small sided team games that will increase activity level while building teamwork and self confidence.  Students will learn team concepts and basic fundamentals of the sport.   

 Gym Uniforms will be for sale.   Limited supplies available.   

This week in gym students are conducting physical fitness testing.  Students will be tested in the Pacer, Sit and Reach, Push Ups, Trunk Lift, and Sit Ups.  This testing is to get a base line for the students overall health.  The students will be tested throughout the year, and will have a folder to chart their progress over the next nine months.

Over the next couple of weeks in Health students will be studying Body Systems.
